Huge Lot
After losing a lot of weight i have huge bat wings on my arms, How can i tone them up without going to the gym?
I have arthritis in my knee’s and my left arm so im limited to what i can do exercises wise, something i can do at home would be great, so if someone can suggest something i would be grateful.
Lose skin does not tighten up with exercise.
